Christmas Eve and Christmas Day | 4pm-10pm
An Italian-American tradition, done the Park Rose way. Seven courses, each with something from the sea, and no reason to rush any of them.
It starts with our garlic bread and roasted peppers, layered with bottarga, sun-dried tomato pesto, stracciatella and pink peppercorns. Then an insalata di mare, followed by oysters casino baked with pancetta and peppers.
The middle of the meal is where people settle in: smoked clam pizza, Atlantic salmon with Oscietra caviar and spicy lobster rigatoni in 'nduja garlic cream.
Scallops a la plancha close things out, with scallion gremolata and celery root. A festive wine pairing is available for an additional $65 per person.
